Windows Live™ Web Messenger lets you chat online with your friends and family using just a web browser! You don’t need to install any software to use it, so you can chat from any computer – at school, at work, in the library, or overseas.
System Requirements:
- An internet connection (56 Kbps or faster is recommended)
- A web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, running in Microsoft Windows)
- A Windows Live Account (If you have an existing account with Hotmail, Windows Live Messenger or Windows Live Spaces, you can use your user ID and password to log in)

Simply log on to http://webim.sg.msn.com from any computer. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can add this site to your favorites by pressing CTRL+D.
