Windows Live™ Web Messenger lets you chat online with your friends and family using just a web browser! You don’t need to install any software to use it, so you can chat from any computer – at school, at work, in the library, or overseas.

System Requirements:

  • An internet connection (56 Kbps or faster is recommended)
  • A web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, running in Microsoft Windows)
  • A Windows Live Account (If you have an existing account with Hotmail, Windows Live Messenger or Windows Live Spaces, you can use your user ID and password to log in)

Note: Web Messenger is the official web-based IM client for connecting with your Windows Live Messenger contacts.

How do I use Web Messenger on other computers?

Simply log on to http://webim.sg.msn.com from any computer. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can add this site to your favorites by pressing CTRL+D.
