How to fix the Start Menu problem caused by Windows 10 April 2018 Update
Quick Fix: assign Full Control Permission to “ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES” user group to “HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore”
The problem was caused by the permission issue in the Registry. Somehow the “ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES” user group is missing from the permission list.
